It was nice training tonight.  I miss the old days where classes were smaller and quieter, and today reminded me of that.  It was good to get out and do something productive, too.  I really needed it and it was good.  T-Rex has been doing well watching his Spinnervals DVDs and riding his Giant on the trainer.  He's working towards the 100 Miles to Nowhere ride.  I've been really proud of how hard he's training for it.  He does rides on a bike that I am way to much of a wimp to do.
